Finally, I'll Post Concerning the Water Heater

I'm not assuming you're particularly interested in water heaters, but I've mentioned this more than once, so I must talk about it. First off, during inspections, the guy told us there was a "leak" on the cold line at the water heater. He informed us that we would just need to "tighten" a "valve." Here's what his report said:

Another cool fact revealed at that time was that the water heater was electric. Here's how it looked:
It's peeking around a corner...

There it is! Or rather, was.

So how do we know for sure that the water heater is electric? Because gas water heaters have vents. Check this out:

Note that the little chimney is not attached to anything. Hence, electric water heater. However, funny thing about pipes, they can sometimes corrode from inside. What seems like a minor leak may indeed be systemic collapse on an irredeemable scale. So we had it replaced. I gotta thank TMT Construction for their fine work on installing this baby:

And now we have hot water at the house. Air conditioning, too! Yay! Now we can work in comfort as we rip up those pesky carpet nailing strips. Toodle-oo.

Jer 2:13 - For my people have committed two evils; they have forsaken me the fountain of living waters, [and] hewed them out cisterns, broken cisterns, that can hold no water.
